1. Acceptance of Terms

BOLDER provides digital marketing services including video production, web development, paid advertising management, and AI automation solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work ("SOW") entered into between BOLDER and each client.

3. Client Portal

Access to the BOLDER client portal is provided to clients for the purpose of reviewing deliverables, submitting feedback, signing contracts, and viewing invoices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BOLDER Agency LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, BOLDER grants clients a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the deliverables produced under a signed SOW for the purposes specified therein. BOLDER retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on each invoice (default: net 14 days). Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. BOLDER reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW.

6. Electronic Signatures

By signing a contract through the client portal, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under applicable law, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

7. AI Tools & Audit Reports

The AI-powered website and social media audit tools on our Site are provided for informational purposes only. Audit results are generated automatically and do not constitute professional marketing advice. BOLDER makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of audit reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOLDER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. BOLDER's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to BOLDER in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
